Bobby, the owner of Woodson Carpet Cleaning, is highly professional and a man who I have trusted for multiple years with my carpet cleaning, furniture spot cleaning, etc… he got out dried, lime green slime from my carpet after I tried for over a year trying things myself! This cleaning, was two large living room areas, two bedrooms hall ways and the stairs, he was able to get out a large tea stain in my cream colored couch, a protein drink spill that stained my carpet, and a couple chocolate stains as well! I absolutely, highly recommend this company for all your carpet / furniture cleaning needs! ~ Kari T

Woodson cleaned our lower level carpet and got out all the stains that had occurred from a water leak. The quality of work was excellent. My only concern was I had received a telephone estimate based on the square footage of carpet to be cleaned. The final cost was quite a bit higher than I was expecting. Since the quality was good I would recommend their service because quality is most important. Might want to make sure of the cost befoe starting the project. Excellent communication and they showed up when they said they would be there. ~ gary j

I apologize for taking so long to give you folks a review. After you came a few years back I unfortunately has a serious heath issue and am only now starting to catch up on some things like this. We could not have been happier with the job you did for us. We called you after another company failed to do the job remotely reasonably . You two cam in ad we were absolutely amazed at what you were able to do. With a little luck I will be able to get back on my feet soon and have you come out again. I cannot recommend this company enough. I was lucky enough to have the owner personally come and clean my carpets and he did an outstanding job. I own two shepherds and both have left stains from various bodily fluid and I have dust stains from our floor fans and he did an excellent job of treating them. The guys showed up on time, shook my hand and introduced themselves. They were very polite and professional. They walked the areas to be cleaned with me and they listened to a couple specific requests I had and they followed through! Did a great job cleaning and took their time which I appreciate. Called expecting at least a week for service but to my surprise it was a quick turn around! Service came with a text including a photo of who was coming. They arrived on time, took the time to look over and talked over the project, and then shocked us with the end result. The price was perfect for the services we received. Bobby was on time, friendly, professional, & honest. We gave him an extremely challenging job with very damaged carpets and after a thorough walk through and review, his estimate was fair and he was very candid about what he could and could not accomplish. Highly recommend! We have used many carpet cleaning companies over the years and Woodson's has done the best job out of all of them. We have used them a few times now and our carpets look great every time. They are careful when they are working as well, which is nice considering how many other companies bash your walls and furniture. Robert did a great job on our carpet. We have 2 dogs, a small Jack Russell, a 90 lb German Shepard mix and sometimes ours sons 200 lb Mastiff so our carpet takes a beating. He did a great job getting stains out and the pet deodorizer worked great. We will definitely be using Woodson Carpet Cleaning again. ~ darrell s
