This is my second time utilizing Woodson’s, and I haven’t been disappointed yet! I always appreciate when they have special deals going on. I was given a timeframe for when they would show up as well as a heads up before they were on their way, and they were right on time! And not only are they timely, they are incredibly efficient. I had three rooms and a hallway done in a little less than two hours. I had one spot in a certain area that had a really stubborn stain and Bryce worked really hard to get it out, going over it more than once. Overall always impressed with their work! Bobby, the owner of Woodson Carpet Cleaning, is highly professional and a man who I have trusted for multiple years with my carpet cleaning, furniture spot cleaning, etc… he got out dried, lime green slime from my carpet after I tried for over a year trying things myself! This cleaning, was two large living room areas, two bedrooms hall ways and the stairs, he was able to get out a large tea stain in my cream colored couch, a protein drink spill that stained my carpet, and a couple chocolate stains as well! I absolutely, highly recommend this company for all your carpet / furniture cleaning needs! ~ Kari T

Robert “Bobby” did an exceptional job with our house. Our older dog had had a few accidents recently that has really caused a smell we couldn’t get rid of. Our home has old carpet that had past dog issues as well that we have tried to keep as clean as we could. We had Stanley steamer come through a couple years ago and it felt rushed and incomplete. Robert took his time and really made sure to take care of the root issues and even the spots on the couch! The carpet and our furniture look great and the smell is gone! Highly recommend and will use them going forward! ~ Brandon W

Woodson cleaned our lower level carpet and got out all the stains that had occurred from a water leak. The quality of work was excellent. My only concern was I had received a telephone estimate based on the square footage of carpet to be cleaned. The final cost was quite a bit higher than I was expecting. Since the quality was good I would recommend their service because quality is most important. Might want to make sure of the cost befoe starting the project. Excellent communication and they showed up when they said they would be there. ~ gary j

I apologize for taking so long to give you folks a review. After you came a few years back I unfortunately has a serious heath issue and am only now starting to catch up on some things like this. We could not have been happier with the job you did for us. We called you after another company failed to do the job remotely reasonably . You two cam in ad we were absolutely amazed at what you were able to do. With a little luck I will be able to get back on my feet soon and have you come out again. We are so pleased with this service. They were amazing. Did a high-quality job. We had an accident on our living room carpet needed to have it cleaned right away on the weekend. These guys dropped what they were doing and made their way out and gave us a great price and got it done very quickly. I cannot recommend this company enough. I was lucky enough to have the owner personally come and clean my carpets and he did an outstanding job. I own two shepherds and both have left stains from various bodily fluid and I have dust stains from our floor fans and he did an excellent job of treating them. The guys showed up on time, shook my hand and introduced themselves. They were very polite and professional. They walked the areas to be cleaned with me and they listened to a couple specific requests I had and they followed through! Did a great job cleaning and took their time which I appreciate. Bobby came and gave us an estimate and it was very reasonable. On the day of cleaning, Bobby (and 2 of his team) came and I confirmed all that needed cleaned and what items would stay in place. His team did a wonderful job, so courteous and thorough. This is the first time using Woodson’s Carpet Cleaning (read the reviews when searching for a wonderful company-the reviews are true!). I've been in office management for 40 years, and I've seen the worst of the worst in commercial carpet cleaning services. Woodson's cleaned our commercial office and they did a fantastic job. They are extremely professional, they were super thoughtful of everything, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. On Time, great price, great people doing the job. Highly recommend! We have used many carpet cleaning companies over the years and Woodson's has done the best job out of all of them. We have used them a few times now and our carpets look great every time. Called expecting at least a week for service but to my surprise it was a quick turn around! Service came with a text including a photo of who was coming. They arrived on time, took the time to look over and talked over the project, and then shocked us with the end result. The price was perfect for the services we received. My carpeting was at a point where I was unsure if it needed to be replaced or if a really good cleaning would be in order. Well, Woodson’s cleaned my carpeting so well that I don’t feel like I need to replace it at this time.
